Carrying the Legacy Forward
Nick was set to become an engineer, and Michael planned to be a doctor, but family and food called them back home. Together with their loyal dog, Zeus, they turned their family’s legacy into Louie’s Waffle and Pizza House — a local diner serving American favorites like waffles, ribs, pizza, and loaded nachos. At 1776 McDonough St, Joliet, IL 60436, that same spirit of hard work and hospitality continues every day.
